Regardless of which generation you grew up in, there was always a celebrity icon or crush. Many of us grew up with One Direction, 5SOS, Justin Bieber, etc. When it comes to these big-time celebrity crushes, they obtain hundreds of fans and even stalkers. Back in 2009, Justin Bieber began rising in fame. Many noticed him after he debuted with two songs and then performed on live television. Millions of girls adored, loved, and some even stalked him; his location was never private.
Of all of Justin’s fans, he always had one lurking in the background, waiting for him to notice her. She was strategic, and though it could be seen as a coincidence, she managed to eventually, years later, marry him. One of the millions of Justin Bieber fans, known as ‘Beliebers’, married him. Who is she? The celebrity and fan herself is Hailey Baldwin (Bieber).
Why is this seen as so obscure to many people? Within recent years, many people have noticed an odd pattern leading up to the marriage and relationship of Justin and Hailey. For background information, Hailey Baldwin is a nepo-baby; her parents were rich and famous, which gave her somewhat of an advantage over other fans.
Her father would bring her to events Justin would be at, even going as far as introducing them. Her father was in no way a part of her planning, he just wanted to support her ‘little crush’. Additionally, Hailey would follow fan accounts, even direct messaging them, asking where Justin was.
When he was at hotels, she would either book a room or visit the restaurant there, in hopes of running into him. There are many pictures and videos of Justin, where Hailey can be seen in the background watching him. Anywhere from his performances, movie premiers, red carpets, restaurants, she was there if he was.
Eventually, Justin got into a relationship with Selena Gomez, an actress and singer. This setback for Hailey made her reevaluate everything. Eventually, Hailey began acting, dressing, and even posing like Selena. She began posting things like Selena after her, essentially copying her.
Many fans have found and compared pictures and videos of Selena and then pictures and videos of Hailey from a later date. They are almost the same, which is why fans are so concerned about how the couple truly became one. Is this normal? What else are we missing? Did Hailey Baldwin stalk her way into Justin Bieber’s life?
Maybe one day we will get a ‘Tell-All’ by either Justin or Selena, but for now it will remain a mystery.
