To all the hearts I’ve loved before,
In friendship’s light, or something more,
Though time has moved and paths have changed,
Know my care for you remains.

Jesus holds the pen of grace,
Still writing stories in this place.
For you, my friend, for you, my dear,
I wish the best as you draw near
To dreams that wait, to skies so wide—
A future bright on every side.

The memories we’ve woven tight,
Still linger soft in quiet light,
I’ll carry them, forever true,
But now it’s time to start anew.

I’ll always be here, close and near, But now I must let go and steer
My heart toward growth, toward what’s to come,
Though you’ll forever be a home.
So know I’ll care, I’ll pray, I’ll cheer—
And hope for you, the path you’ll clear.
Though it’s goodbye in this new phase,
You’ll always have my love, always.
