Love Starbucks, but want to try some healthier drink options you may not be familiar with on the menu? Here are five of my favorite low-calorie and low-sugar Starbucks drinks!

1. Venti Iced Peach Green Tea with Two Pumps of Sugar-Free Vanilla

An iced peach green tea has 90 calories and zero sugar; it is yummy by itself, but add two pumps of sugar-free vanilla if you want more of a sweet taste!

2. Iced Passion Tango Tea

This drink is zero calories and zero sugar and is also a herbal tea that has no caffeine. This choice is perfect if you want a late-night drink that will not keep you up.

3. Grande Cold Brew with Milk

This grande size only has 35 calories, 2 grams of sugar, and 205 milligrams of caffeine. The milk gives the drink a sweet taste without a high amount of sugar and will definitely help you kickstart your day!

4. Iced Caramel Macchiato

This drink is an alternate, healthier version of the original caramel macchiato, but only at 100 calories. To order: a venti iced cold brew, light cream, 1 pump caramel syrup, 3 pumps sugar-free vanilla, and light caramel drizzle.

5. Iced Toasted Vanilla Oatmilk Shaken Expresso

This drink has a higher calorie and sugar content than the others, coming in with 140 calories and 11 grams of sugar. This is still a good drink option if you want something on the sweeter side.

Some tips for ordering a healthier Starbucks drink:

  • Downsize your drink
  • Choose healthier milk alternatives
  • Use sugar-free syrups

These are great options if you don’t want a sugar-filled drink. If you have your own favorite drink, feel free to leave a comment down below!
